• Ann Weatherly

  Office Manager

  Ann joined our team in February 2022, as the office manager of Sapphire Family Dentistry. With over 15 years of dental office management. Her priority is to ensure that all of our patients have wonderful experiences and she enjoys helping our patients understand the financial aspect of their treatment and dental insurance. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her family, her husband, two teenage boys and her two furry babies. Together, we enjoy gardening, shopping and traveling.
• Londyn Rodriguez

  Patient Care Coordinator

  Londyn joined our dental team in May 2022 as a Front Desk Administrator and became an Insurance Coordinator, and she is proud to have grown alongside our office ever since. She is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed and cared for while making the insurance and administrative side of their dental experience as smooth as possible. Londyn is hardworking, dedicated, and always looking for ways to grow, learn, and continue reaching her professional goals. Outside of the office, Londyn loves spending time with her husband, and their dog, Kian. She enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, socializing, and making the most of her time outside of work. She looks forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally while helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their dental care.
• Okarla Barretto

  Patient Care Coordinator

  Okarla is a bilingual Patient Coordinator who is passionate about helping others feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for throughout their dental experience. She assists patients with scheduling appointments, understanding their treatment, and navigating insurance and claims. Her warm personality and attention to detail help ensure that every patient feels supported from the moment they contact the office. Outside of work, Okarla is a proud mother of triplets and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

  Hi! My name is Sonia , I was born and raised in Houston. I joined the Sapphire Team in 2026 I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team that supports me and helps me grow every day. I’m excited for this journey and hope to continue expanding my knowledge and skills as I grow in my career as a dental assistant. For now, I’m happy to welcome and check in our patients, help them understand their treatment plans, and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me! Outside of work, I’m a wife and a sister. I love spending time with my husband whenever he’s home from serving in the military, as well as making memories with my family and friends. They are such an important part of my life! I’m so happy to be part of the Sapphire family and look forward to growing, learning, and creating meaningful connections with our patients along the way!

  Johnny is born and raised in Houston, TX! Johnny is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Cantonese. Johnny takes pride in making sure his patients are comfortable, cared for, and educated about their oral hygiene. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys long walks on the beach, running, hanging out with family, hiking, and trying new food. His favorite is Chipotle!
